A Beautiful and old church with long aisle and a half orange dome
that has a construction of basic plant dating back to 1660 approximately.
Because of the diverse earthquakes that have shaken the city of Arequipa
since colonial times, the church has been reconstructed several times
respecting its original design.
Their main altar is made of embossed silver that it represents a very
careful work, with beautiful and delicate religious motif, from the
old artisans that were commended the work.
In the church we find interesting small rooms for the confessors of
the nuns that were in closing. Also, a beautiful altar is appreciated
dedicated to the Devout Sister Ana de los Ángel Monteagudo.
